Level 1: Basic phone and email support during normal business hours is free of charge.
Level 2: Support requiring to connect to remote systems and diagnose issues. $100.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum.
After Hours: Support calls received after normal business hours. $200.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum. Note: Calls will be answered or returned only if someone is available to take your call. Calls may be returned the following business day during normal business hours.
Holiday and Holiday Weekends: Calls received during Holidays and Holidays that span weekends: $500.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum.
On Site Support: All associated travel expenses (Air Fare, Hotel, Rental Car and Fuel, Meals, Etc.) will be charged to customer. $100.00 per hour with minimum of 8 hours per day. Hours exceeding an 8 hour day will be charged at $200.00 per hour. Hourly charges are waved if under a support contract.
24/7 Priority Support : If you have signed up for a 24/7 priority support, all hourly charges are waived.
Note: All after hour support calls are answered in the order they are received. If the call is not answered, leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as they are available.
